ToneSlime

Terms of Service

Last updated October 10, 2026.

These terms cover use of ToneSlime, the ear-training game at this website. Playing the game means you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

The game

ToneSlime gives you listening exercises, a saved place in the course, and the account those belong to. The lessons, artwork, and sound stay with ToneSlime. You may play them here. You may not copy the site and run it somewhere else, or resell the lessons.

Payment

Stages 1 through 50 stay free, including replays. Playing past stage 50 needs a one-time payment on the signed-in account. The price is shown before you pay. Stripe hosts the payment page. A full refund removes that unlock. The payment is recorded when Stripe confirms it, not when the browser returns to the game.

Your account

You can play before you sign in. That progress stays in the browser until you sign in. One account holds one save. You can sign in with email and a password, or with Google. You are responsible for that sign-in. Use an account that is yours.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live to agree to these terms.

Fair use

Use the site to play. Do not attack it, probe it for other people’s accounts, overload it, or try to take data that is not yours. We may close an account that does those things.

Changes and availability

The course, scoring, and site can change as the game is built. A stage you already passed can be adjusted. The site can be unavailable during a fix or a hosting outage. Progress already saved to your account is kept with that account.

As-is

ToneSlime is provided as it is available. We work to keep sign-in and saves working, and we do not promise that every lesson, score, or session will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost time, or other damages from using the site.
